Having fun frosting cookies!! The were sure good this week for dessert after every meal. And the occasional snack.
Fun with card games. The morning after a little sleep over.

ALTA!!! AND A BIT OF FUN IN THE CANYON

It was snowing so hard that they were bombing the Mtn for at least an hour. We couldn't even get on the lift till 11:00. I was tweaking out and almost left after the first run. They only opened a lower lift while they did some avalanche control. Went to the car and decided to wait till they opened the main lift. It was a great decision. I skied waist deep snow for the entire afternoon.


Did some hiking off of the road in AF canyon about 15 min from the house. I had a blast. I never realized how difficult it was hiking in deep snow. Had to use my skis like an ice axe. It was well worth the effort!!

Let it snow! AF Canyon

Took a trip up the canyon today and lucked out with the snow. There was about 1.5 feet at the reservoir and it was still falling. It was nice to drive on some snow covered roads.


These kids were building a jump on the bank to gap the road. It didn't look possible with the size of the jump they had.
